Claims submitted during normal business hours (Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm ET) will be assigned to our field staff. We submit an acknowledgement letter to you within four hours of receipt during normal business hours. If outside of business hours, we will submit an acknowledgement on the following business day.
